Privacy Policy
Effective August 7, 2026
ØPUS Intelligence ("ØPUS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at opusintelligence.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Our product is currently in development, so this policy focuses on the information we collect today — primarily through our waitlist. We will update this policy as our platform launches and evolves.
1. Information We Collect
When you join our waitlist or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name
- Your professional role (e.g., Founder, CTO, Investor)
- How you heard about ØPUS Intelligence
- Whether you'd like to receive product updates and marketing insights
We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or other automated tracking technologies on this Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Notify you when ØPUS Intelligence launches or when there are updates relevant to your interest (customer, investor, partner, or candidate)
- Respond to questions, requests, or inquiries you send us
- Send occasional product updates and marketing insights, if you've opted in
- Understand demand for our product across different roles and industries
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except: (a) with service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you (e.g., email delivery and form-processing providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations; (b) if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; or (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of ØPUS Intelligence, our users, or others.
4. Data Retention
We retain waitlist and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes above — generally until our product launches and you either become a customer (governed by a separate customer agreement) or ask us to delete your information.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from product updates, at any time by emailing privacy@opusintelligence.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law — for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for individuals in the European Economic Area and UK. We will honor applicable requests consistent with those laws.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Visitors
ØPUS Intelligence is based in Beverly Hills, California, and any information you provide may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your home country.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product and practices evolve. We will update the effective date above when we do, and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify waitlist members.
