These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ØPUS Intelligence website at opusintelligence.com (the "Site"), including joining our waitlist, reading our research, or otherwise interacting with our content. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Pre-Launch Status

ØPUS Intelligence's platform (including the underlying MarkØS engine) is currently in development. Joining our waitlist, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise expressing interest through the Site does not create a contract for products or services, does not guarantee access to any future product, and does not establish pricing or availability. It registers your interest so we can contact you as our product and company evolve.

2. Who Can Use the Site

The Site is intended for business use by adults (18 or older) evaluating ØPUS Intelligence as a prospective customer, investor, partner, or candidate. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, product screenshots, our white papers, and the "ØPUS Intelligence" and "MarkØS" names and marks — is owned by ØPUS Intelligence or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
  • Submit false or misleading information through our waitlist or contact forms
  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site in bulk without our consent

5. Forward-Looking Statements

The Site may describe features, capabilities, timelines, or results that are in development, planned, or aspirational. These statements represent our current intentions and beliefs, not guarantees or warranties of future performance. We will strive to keep the Site accurate and up to date as our product develops.

6. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ØPUS Intelligence and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our product and company evolve. We will update the effective date above when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
